Refund Policy

How BloxListings protects your money
Every payment made on BloxListings is held in escrow by Xendit, a BSP-regulated payment gateway. The seller does not receive your money until you confirm delivery of the item. This means your funds are always recoverable if something goes wrong.
When you are eligible for a refund
The seller cancels after you've paid
If the seller cancels while your payment is in escrow, you receive a full refund.
The seller doesn't deliver within 7 days
If a seller fails to mark your item as delivered within 7 days of payment, the trade is automatically cancelled and you receive a full refund.
A dispute is resolved in your favor
If you open a dispute (e.g. item not as described, seller unresponsive) and our moderation team rules in your favor, you receive a full refund.
Fraudulent or duplicate transactions
If a transaction is flagged as fraudulent or a duplicate, our team will issue a full refund immediately.
Cancelling before payment
You can cancel any trade before completing payment — no questions asked. Since no money has been taken, no refund is needed. Just head to your dashboard and click "Cancel" on the pending trade.
What you get back
Refunds are issued for the full amount you paid, including the platform fee. Any processing fees charged by Xendit for the refund are absorbed by BloxListings — you get every peso back.
How long refunds take
Refunds are processed through Xendit and the timeline depends on your original payment method:
GCash
Typically 1–3 business days
Maya
Typically 1–3 business days
Debit / Credit Card
Typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
QR Ph
Typically 1–3 business days
You can track your refund status on your trades page. Look for the "Processing" or "Succeeded" badge on the trade.
When refunds are not available
- After you confirm delivery. Once you confirm you've received the item, the trade is complete and funds are released to the seller. Refunds at this stage require admin approval and are granted on a case-by-case basis.
- Buyer's remorse after delivery. Changing your mind after the seller has already delivered the item does not qualify for a refund.
- Auto-completion after 3 days. If you don't confirm or dispute within 3 days of the seller marking the item as delivered, the trade completes automatically and funds are released.
Opening a dispute
If your seller is unresponsive, the item isn't as described, or you suspect a scam, you can open a dispute from your trades page. Disputes are reviewed by our moderation team, who will determine whether a refund or release of funds is appropriate.
Disputes left unresolved for 30 days are automatically closed in the buyer's favor with a full refund.
